Meet our Founder
Carolina is the Founder and CEO of Mozaic Strategies. She is an advocate for inclusion as a catalyst for building diversity and equity in organizational culture. As a senior advisor to public and private sector leaders and organizations, she delivers dynamic expertise in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Public Affairs and Reputation Management.
Formerly a senior strategist with Brunswick Group, she led the Inclusion & Diversity practice and served as the lead advisor on the launch of CEO Action on Diversity & Inclusion™ - the largest CEO-driven initiative focused on DEI in the workplace. She began her career as a civil rights advocate working on behalf of communities of color at Unidos US and later led the NAACP’s national civic engagement policy platform. She has also led political engagement strategies and outreach for federal, state, and local campaigns.
A native of the Washington Metropolitan Area, Carolina is the proud daughter of immigrants and graduate of the University of Virginia and Harvard University. Among the characteristics in the mosaic of her personality, one is sure to find the words: traveler, runner, and yogi.
